This design came about when, one day, a friend from school asked me if I would like to contribute to his alternative comix magazine. I, of course, said yes. Around the same time another friend, from the East Coast, was publishing prints by well established comics artists such as Barry Windsor-Smith, Jeff Jones, Mike Kaluta and Bernie Wrightson and offered kindly to help me with distributing a limited edition print.
